Circuit working principle:
Turn on the power supply ----- power on delay, NTC is connected in series in the output load circuit to reduce and control the starting current (delay circuit control) ----- short circuit NTC after the start is completed, the power supply is directly output. Complete the soft start process. (24V relay controls 220V voltage output)
Ingenious circuit design, no need to connect a small transformer separately, soft start mainly protects the rectifier bridge, and the large pond capacitor, to avoid starting the bridge and breakdown capacitor, extend its service life. The total current is controlled at 5A, to avoid impacting the power grid during startup, and to prevent the total power supply from tripping.
